About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Unique Element Pte Ltd as a Product Sales & Marketing Executive. In this full-time outdoor role, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote the company's Skincare product offerings. Based in the Kallang Central Region, you will play a key part in expanding the business and achieving ambitious growth targets.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and nurture new sales leads through effective prospecting and networking in Beauty Salons & Spa

• Deliver high-quality sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers in Beauty Salons & Spas.

• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns

• Provide excellent post-sale support and build long-term relationships with customers

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and tools

What we're looking for

• Educational background: Candidates with a minimum "O" level

• Sales experience: Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in beauty industry or consumables sales, with a preference for direct selling experience in medical aesthetic products/devices/consumables.

• Communication skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure new business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

• Ambitious and driven to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth

• Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation techniques
