A leading company in ICT solutions seeks a motivated sales professional to drive product development and manage channel partnerships. The role involves creating training materials, monitoring market performance, and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Ideal candidates will possess a relevant diploma or degree and have a track record in sales within the IT industry.
Job Scope
Develop product presentation materials and conduct product training to partner sales teams to develop competitive strategy/solution, feasible action plan and execution to achieve sales target
Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives.
To conduct pricing and competitor study, product features and to work with internal marketing to champion programs/run related events.
Plan, develop, implement, drive, and lead the product development initiatives and strategies.
Proactively meet up, develop and manage channel partners to grow and develop business relationship and business opportunities.
Doing up of quotations to channel partners
Management of assigned product vendor
Recommend and execute joint activities with channel partners in support of business/sales/marketing objectives and target.
Manage enquiries, feedback, and any other sales/operational issues.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
At least 1 year of sales working experience in the I.T System Integrator or I.T Distributor space.
Good verbal and written communication in English
Ability to exercise initiative and own judgement for your own opportunities
Proven track record with effective sales planning skills, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Result-oriented, sociable, self-motivated, enjoying meeting new people and cultivating business relationship and rapport.
Good knowledge in sales for the ICT industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
