JOB SCOPE:
- He/she will focus on driving sales revenue and market penetration in Singapore. He/she monitors the competitor landscape to support the development of sales strategies.
- He/she also supports the acquisition of sales through lead generation and follow-up. Through engagement with customer enquiries and feedback, he/she analyzes customer behaviour to support client acquisition and retention.
- He/she plays a critical role in maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction to grow market share and meet business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Increase Sales Revenue of the Department
- Conduct market profiling and monitor the competitor landscape and customer demand to forecast sales opportunities.
- Create sales opportunities as a representative of the organization in face-to-face or virtual exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and meetings.
- Execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Order Management Executive on quotation and tender submissions within deadlines.
2. Perform Sales Support to Customers
- Understand the products’ key features and clinical benefits to deliver product introduction and post-sales training to customers.
- Organize and support product demonstration/trial activities, including outside usual office hours.
- Maximize customer interactions and manage sales activities through effective implementation of customer relationship management.
3. Possess Strong Product and Market Knowledge
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the responsible products, including proper use in appropriate clinical settings, through attending product training, on-the-job training, and self-study.
- Gather and evaluate market opportunities based on market intelligence. Continuously update market data.
4. Other Duties
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
