Qualifications

  • Ability to handle complex projects and documents with patience.

Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze project scope and determine project specifications.

  • Establish test programs for product investigations; analyze test programs for adequacy and sequence.

  • Examine samples for compliance with standards.

  • Communicate project status and results to clients through reports and frequent contact.

  • Coordinate with lab staff on test specifications and administrative aspects of project management.

  • Resolve engineering issues by analyzing and reporting on variations.

  • Integrate continuous improvement concepts into all aspects of the job, suggesting new equipment, processes, and forms to improve accuracy and efficiency.

  • Assist in developing UL requirements and special test methods and equipment.

  • Collaborate with commercial teams for sales and marketing needs.

  • Engage with industrial associations and engineering institutions to understand market trends.

  • Perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications
  • University degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or Physics, plus four years of related experience.

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in engineering, design validation/testing, and certification in Hazardous Locations (IEC/EN60079-XX, ATEX/IECEX), Oil & Gas industrial equipment.

  • Knowledge of conformity standards relevant to the area of expertise.

  • Experience with type, routine, and special tests per local/global standards is an advantage.

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Ability to handle complex projects and documents carefully and patiently.

  • Quick learner, logical, stable, and customer-focused.

  • Team player.
