Perform a variety of physical, mechanical, and chemical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished carbon fiber products according to established protocols.

Utilize and maintain laboratory equipment and testing instruments, ensuring their calibration and proper operation.

Accurately record and analyze test data, identify deviations from specifications, and document non-conformances.

Conduct visual inspections for defects and ensure products meet aesthetic and functional requirements.

Feedback Loop Management:

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with production teams to provide timely feedback on quality issues and trends.

Participate in root cause analysis investigations for non-conformances and quality failures.

Document and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.
