Job summary

Doodle Labs is seeking a MQE Product Engineer to safeguard product quality across manufacturing. You will support contract manufacturing quality, drive MRB actions, and implement traceability from materials to finished goods in a fast-growing robotics and networking company.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in product engineering or manufacturing quality, English proficiency, and experience with MES/ERP systems to enable data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in product engineering, manufacturing quality, or a related role.
• Proficient in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage for on-site Batam collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support CM Manager on Product Manufacturing Quality Engineering tasks.
• Maintain MRB records and drive SCAR for material defects.
• Lead root-cause analysis for production defects using 8D, 5-Why, fishbone.
• Establish end-to-end traceability from material to finished goods.
