• Attend to customer complaints and inquiries related to quality matters.
• Investigate and analyze customer complaints, follow up with relevant departments to ensure issues are addressed and closed promptly.
• Coordinate customer requests for products in mass production.
• Participate in quality reviews and presentations as required by customers.
• Monitor and manage product quality performance; submit review reports to management periodically.
• Study and improve production quality yield for each stage of the sample process.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Self-motivated, innovative, dynamic, and a team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and willing to work overtime.
