Responsibilities

• Assist PQA engineer in managing quality deviation and drive closure of corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct inline assessment and validate actions to meet customer quality requirements.
• Monitor and track corrective and preventive actions and lessons learned.
• Use automation tools to develop dashboards for quality metrics.
• Establish standard operating procedures for quality monitoring.
• Perform data mining to identify quality improvement opportunities.

Job Description:

Join our outstanding team at Micron as a Product Quality Assurance (PQA) Technician in Singapore and contribute to our world-class engineering efforts! This role offers an exceptional chance to collaborate closely with local and global collaborators and drive quality excellence in our products.

As a PQA Technician, you will be assisting Engineers in managing QA related activities, including but not limited to: quality inspection, maintenance, random audit, training at production lines. Also responsible in supporting Quality program/Audit/6S/ESD activities at the site as needs arise.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Assist PQA engineer in managing quality deviation and drive for closure of corrective/preventive actions to drive for deviation reduction and continual improvement.
• Conduct inline assessment and validate corrective and preventive actions to drive inline and outgoing control to meet customers’ quality requirement.
• Monitor and keep track corrective action, prevention action and lesson learn fanout status.
• Use automation tool (Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau etc) to develop and enhance dashboards for quality metrics.
• Establish standard operating procedure for quality related monitoring.
• Perform Data Mining to identify quality improvement opportunities and assist PQA engineer in leading site quality improvement projects
