Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Product Quality Assurance (PQA) Technician to support quality initiatives across production lines.

You will assist engineers with QA activities, quality inspections, audits, and training at the site, helping to uphold high standards of material quality. In this role you will monitor corrective and preventive actions, contribute to data-driven quality metrics using Power BI and other tools, and help establish robust standard operating procedures

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in quality control within an engineering environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Excellent documentation and procedural development skills.
• Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse teams.
• Ambitious and diligent approach to uphold high standards of material quality.
• Ability to determine and implement quality control protocols.
• Knowledge of AI applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist PQA engineer in managing quality deviation and driving for closure of corrective/preventive actions to drive deviation reduction and continual improvement.
• Conduct inline assessment and validate corrective and preventive actions to drive inline and outgoing control to meet customers’ quality requirement.
• Monitor and keep track corrective action, prevention action and lesson learn fanout status.
• Use automation tool (Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau etc) to develop and enhance dashboards for quality metrics.
• Establish standard operating procedure for quality related monitoring.
• Perform Data Mining to identify quality improvement opportunities and assist PQA engineer in leading site quality improvement projects

Job Description

Join our outstanding team at Micron as a Product Quality Assurance (PQA) Technician in Singapore and contribute to our world-class engineering efforts! This role offers an exceptional chance to collaborate closely with local and global collaborators and drive quality excellence in our products.

As a PQA Technician, you will be assisting Engineers in managing QA related activities, including but not limited to: quality inspection, maintenance, random audit, training at production lines. Also responsible in supporting Quality program/Audit/6S/ESD activities at the site as needs arise.
