LGT IT SERVICES APAC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Product Owner and technology leader to bridge business and delivery across Asia. You will own product backlog, partner with regional stakeholders and ensure alignment with risk and compliance priorities.

You will coach agile teams, drive delivery, and represent technology in governance forums, ensuring regulatory requirements are embedded in planning and solution delivery across Singapore and Asia.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in product ownership or leadership roles.
• Experience leading agile or cross-functional technology teams.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize requirements.
• Experience with Risk, Compliance, or RegTech in financial services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of delivery lifecycles, agile methods, and change management.
• Experience working with international teams across regions/time zones.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach the Risk and Security delivery team with clear priorities and reliable delivery.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, aligning with business value, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver capabilities and embed them in planning and delivery.
• Represent technology in regional meetings and governance forums for Singapore and Asia.
• Serve as the primary technology contact for regional Risk and Compliance initiatives and dependencies.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are reflected in technology planning and solution design.
• Foster collaboration between Asia stakeholders and global technology teams across locations.
