A leading technology company is seeking a Product Owner for Connectivity & Network. This strategic role focuses on developing the product roadmap, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high-performance network solutions that align with business goals. The Product Owner for Connectivity & Network is accountable for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise connectivity and network services across the organization. This role bridges business needs with technical execution to ensure the seamless operation, security, and scalability of global network infrastructure. As a key interface with senior business and IT stakeholders, the Product Owner ensures the delivery of resilient, secure, and high-performance network solutions.

Major Responsibilities
· Develop and articulate a strategic vision for enterprise connectivity and network infrastructure, aligned with business goals.
· Identify industry trends, emerging technologies (e.g., SD-WAN, SASE), and evolving business needs.
· Create and manage the connectivity and network product roadmap.
· Define the value proposition of robust and secure network services to internal stakeholders.
· Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements for connectivity and network solutions.
· Collaborate with business units, IT, and infrastructure teams to validate requirements.
· Maintain a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.
· Define user stories, features, and acceptance criteria for connectivity and network projects.
· Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable network solutions.
· Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business expectations.
· Oversee project delivery, manage interdependencies, and remove roadblocks.
· Act as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders for connectivity and network services.
· Communicate updates, risks, and outcomes transparently.
· Ensure stakeholder alignment and manage expectations effectively.
· Ensure connectivity services are intuitive, reliable, and meet user performance expectations.
· Gather and respond to user feedback related to network experience.
· Champion user experience in the design and rollout of network services.
· Define and monitor key network performance indicators (e.g., uptime, latency, bandwidth utilization).
· Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
· Lead initiatives to optimize cost, performance, and resilience.
· Ensure all network solutions comply with regulatory, cybersecurity, and data privacy requirements.
· Proactively assess and mitigate connectivity and network-related risks.
· Partner with cybersecurity and compliance teams to align on network security controls.
· Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
· Foster an innovative, collaborative, and agile team environment.
· Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CompTIA Network+, SD-WAN) highly desirable.
· Agile or product management certification preferred.
· 10+ years of experience in network and connectivity roles, with at least 5 years in a product ownership or leadership capacity.
· Proven track record of delivering large-scale network solutions.
· Deep knowledge of enterprise networking, SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, VPN, cloud connectivity, and related technologies.
· Strong background in vendor and service provider management.
