Product Owner

We are excited to be partnering with a fast-growing fintech to hire a Product Owner who will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and delivery of their core payments platform.

This is an incredible opportunity for a payments-savvy product leader to join a forward-thinking team and build scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions in a highly collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

1. Own and execute the product roadmap for core payments capabilities

2. Define clear user stories and prioritise backlog items

3. Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams

4. Ensure all features meet regulatory and compliance requirements

5. Drive product enhancements based on data, customer insights, and market shifts

What We’re Looking For

1. 6–15 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in financial services or fintech

2. Demonstrable understanding of payment systems, APIs, PSPs, or card schemes

3. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

4. Experience working in Agile environments

5. Technical fluency or experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
