A leading company in AI-driven digital transformation seeks a Community & Social Engagement Executive to enhance brand presence and lead engagement strategies. As we expand our reach, we are looking for a dynamic and innovative Community & Social Engagement Executive to lead our brand presence, foster engagement, and build a thriving user community.
UGC Content Platform Operations
- Lead the cold launch and growth of the UGC content ecosystem in Singapore, developing strategies for creator recruitment, incentives, and retention to increase content supply and user engagement.
- Design optimization plans for content distribution and recommendation mechanisms, collaborating with the algorithm team to improve content matching efficiency.
- Plan localized user growth campaigns (e.g., referral programs, holiday-themed topics) to boost DAU and user retention time.
Delivery Business Operations & Market Expansion
- Drive strategies for both supply and demand sides of the delivery business:
- Rider Side: Design recruitment, subsidy, and dispatching solutions to address supply shortages during the cold launch phase.
- User Side: Partner with the content platform to create scenario-based marketing (e.g., "content-driven promotions + instant delivery") to increase order density and repeat purchases.
- Explore B2B collaboration opportunities (e.g., local merchants, community hubs) to establish differentiated service advantages.
Product Direction & Data-Driven Optimization
- Provide product iteration recommendations based on operational data (e.g., content conversion rates, order fulfillment rates) to drive the implementation of "content-service" closed-loop features.
- Establish a core metrics monitoring system to quickly identify business bottlenecks and adjust strategic priorities.
Localization Execution
- Deeply understand the Singapore market (culture, policies, competitors) to develop compliant and high-efficiency operational rules.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in internet platform operations, with a background in UGC content platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu, TikTok) or O2O delivery/on-demand services (e.g., Grab, Foodpanda).
- Familiarity with content ecosystem operations (creator management, traffic allocation) and key aspects of delivery business (supply-demand matching, dynamic pricing).
- Strong data analysis skills, capable of independently analyzing data using SQL/Excel and deriving actionable strategies.
- Understanding of the Singapore local market and ability to collaborate in a multicultural team (Chinese-English bilingual work environment).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cold-launching a business from 0 to 1.
- Knowledge of Southeast Asia’s internet product trends.
- Basic product manager mindset, able to draft PRDs and communicate with technical teams.
