The project management and delivery team ensures the success of delivering high-quality product offerings across our platforms. We collaborate with various stakeholders to tackle blockers, manage timelines, and enhance workflows and tools to achieve release efficiency for all product launches.

Role summary

We are seeking a Product Operations Associate to manage Crypto.com’s product offerings. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in crypto product operations and project coordination, supporting one of the largest finance apps globally. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve operational excellence and create a seamless user experience for buying, selling, storing, and utilising cryptocurrencies. As the leading crypto app in many markets, your contributions will impact millions of users worldwide. Responsibilities

• Coordinate seamless releases and manage timelines for Crypto.com product offerings
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and align requirements for successful delivery
• Execute SOPs accurately to ensure proper implementation of changes
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to resolve bottlenecks
• Support new product launches and market expansion
• Act as PIC for specific product verticals
• Work with teams to define, prioritize, and resolve product issues
• Review escalated customer service issues and follow up for resolutions
• Weekend/Holiday coverage may be required
