Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Expert - Marketplace to oversee the entire product lifecycle for the assigned region. This role involves developing and executing product strategies that align with corporate goals and regional market needs, continuously monitoring product performance, and ensuring market success.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Sales Support: Assist regional sales offices in developing and executing effective e-commerce strategies tailored to local market dynamics, aiming to boost B2C.
Marketplace Operations Leadership: Oversee operations across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Tokopedia, and brand stores, focusing on enhancing product visibility and sales performance.
Collaborative Campaign Implementation: Work closely with country teams to launch promotional campaigns, enhance online customer experiences, and manage marketplace performance KPIs.
E-commerce Trends & Engagement: Provide insights on e-commerce trends, digital shelf management, customer journey optimization, and platform engagement.
Product Positioning & Marketing: Plan and execute product positioning and marketing initiatives for consumer printer categories across regional markets.
Alignment with Sales Objectives: Collaborate with local product managers and sales teams to ensure marketing plans align with sales objectives.
Marketing Collateral Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including product descriptions, visuals, comparison guides, and videos for online channels.
Product Launch Support: Assist in product launches and lifecycle campaigns across the region.
E-commerce Performance Analysis: Analyze e-commerce performance data, digital KPIs, and marketplace insights to drive continuous improvement.
Key Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, ROAS, campaign performance, and category share.
Competitive Landscape Monitoring: Stay informed on competitive activity and consumer behaviors, providing actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders based on data-driven observations.
