We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven Product Marketing Manager - Sales Enablement (APAC) to join our growing global marketing team. In this role, you will shape and communicate Figment’s differentiated positioning across key APAC markets, with a focus on exchanges and institutional partners. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Partnerships to create clear, compelling messaging and enable our go-to-market teams in the region.
How you will make an impactPositioning & Differentiation
Develop tailored product messaging and positioning for APAC audiences that clearly communicates Figment’s value beyond fees and SRR, taking into account local market dynamics, regulatory landscapes, and competitive differentiation.
Sales Enablement
Partner closely with our APAC Sales team to create sales decks, one-pagers, customer narratives, and localized collateral that resonate with exchanges and institutional clients.
Go-To-Market Execution
Support GTM initiatives for new product features, network launches, and regional campaigns. Collaborate with Product Marketing leads globally to localize strategy and assets.
Partner Marketing
Work closely with key partners in the region (e.g., exchanges, custodians, institutional players) to create joint marketing materials, case studies, and co-branded campaigns, while collaborating with our central Partner Marketing team.
Market Intelligence
Track regional market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory shifts to inform messaging and GTM plans. Feed local insights back to global product and marketing teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with the APAC team, Marketing Coordinator in EMEA and Marketing team in North America

Teams you’ll collaborate with most oftenIn addition to collaborating with other Marketing team members, this role will collaborate most often with our Sales, Partnership & Business Development, Product, Protocol, and Sales Engineering teams.
