Job summary

BASE CAMP DIGITAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Product Marketing Manager specializing in Life & Health insurance to lead communications across customer and distributor touchpoints.

You will develop product marketing materials, coordinate branding and regulator-ready content, and collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Distribution to ensure accurate, consistent messaging and successful launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in product marketing or insurance marketing.
• Strong experience in Singapore Life & Health Insurance market.
• Proven experience in insurance product marketing, communications and customer-facing materials.
• Understanding of insurer branding standards and distribution support.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Distribution stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Singapore insurance regulations and MAS requirements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product marketing and communications for Life & Health insurance products.
• Coordinate and review product brochures, proposal/application forms, customer forms, sales kits, distributor materials, marketing collateral and digital content.
• Ensure all materials are brand-compliant, accurate, regulator-ready and aligned with product and business objectives.
• Work closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Distribution teams to develop and approve materials.
• Ensure consistent communication of product features, benefits, positioning and value propositions across channels.
• Support product launches, campaigns and distribution initiatives with effective marketing and sales materials.
• Manage multiple stakeholders, projects, timelines and approval processes from briefing through to final delivery.
• Maintain strong brand governance, content quality and version control across product marketing materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve product communication, customer engagement and marketing processes.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates from Life insurers, composite insurers, bancassurance, financial institutions or insurance-related organisations with experience across product marketing, insurance communications, brand governance and distribution support are highly preferred.
