To understand and introduce the solutions the company provides and presenting these solutions in ways that will strengthen and boost our brand name.
You will be an expert in conducting thorough research on competitors and understand our strength in the market at the same time to onboard solution partners.
For this role, you will be a creative, intuitive and analytical thinker for our organisation as a brand that provides solution as our core specialty.
You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, like email campaigns, social media marketing, etc.
Your goal will be to develop and implement plans to position and promote our organisation brand.
Key Role & Responsibility:
- Onboard Solution Partners and create documentation on product to port-over solution partners.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry stakeholders.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Demonstrate expertise in various areas (content development and optimisation, advertising, event planning) to lead marketing activities for events and/or new launches.
- Possess in-depth knowledge and understand how to best communicate with the target markets effectively.
- Create, manage, and deliver rich content across channels (Linked-In, FB, TV, Digital, Print, Newsletter, etc...)
- Design, create and deploy marketing projects to establish brand equity and presence in target markets.
- Collaborate with Sales Team to implement strategies, develop Sales Tools, collateral, training materials and demos; enabling the team to monitor the sales and revenue through these initiatives.
- Measure the performance of marketing campaigns, experiment with various content and channels, and amplify the marketing results.
- Work closely with the Project and Engineering team to develop strategy plans based on stakeholder inputs. Draft product goals, timelines, and deliverables to ensure product / solution readiness for release and launch.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelors Degree in communication or business-related field.
- Min 5 years experience with both Product Management and Marketing and should have a combination of hard and soft skills for effective execution of role; including decision-making skills, organisational skills, analytical skills.
- Technology savvy to understand the technical details within the organisation's solutions.
- Experience in creating strong, engaging, and informative marketing copy and content.
- Proven success in marketing campaigns for software / hardware solutions or IT-related.
- Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Good to have - understand any of the below fields in 4G/5G mobile communications, cloud computing, network function virtualization, database, Linux operating systems, IP networking domain knowledge, and IP network security will be an advantage.
