A leading company seeks a dynamic and creative Product Marketer for their Service Cloud business in EMEA. The role involves driving marketing strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance product visibility, and leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making, ensuring the delivery of pipeline goals.

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategic Product Marketer with a passion for data, analytics and business intelligence technologies to differentiate and grow our Service Cloud business in EMEA. The successful candidate will have the ability to drive the product marketing strategy and plan in partnership with EMEA sales, field marketing, enablement, sales programs and extended teams as well as HQ PMM to deliver pipeline goals and increase awareness for the top-tier Service Cloud offering.
You are a proven team player with a passion for strategy and storytelling, and you understand how to enable sales teams on value propositions as well as to collaborate with field teams to drive pipeline with targeted marketing activations.
Your Responsibilities:
Be the champion, expert and product marketing engine behind Service Cloud across key EMEA markets, helping grow our pipeline, ACV and awareness, and executing our product strategy in priority countries
Build and leverage a deep understanding of Service Cloud products and customers as well as buyers and communities to help educate both internal and external audiences on our value propositions
Develop EMEA market and buyer insights that fuel Go-to-Market planning, campaign strategies and awareness as well as sales planning and execution
Partner with EMEA & Global Field Marketing to own, customise and create content that fuels local marketing activations generating demand for Service Cloud, including events, campaigns, digital and exec programs
Align with EMEA Sales, Sales Programs, Product Marketing and EMEA Enablement teams to develop and deliver sales enablement plans and sales programs to drive pipe generation and progression
Partner with Sales & Customer Marketing to develop regional customer references, deal wins, testimonials and case studies for external and internal use
Drive product launches for the region, ensuring new Service Cloud products or relaunches are showing up across marketing touch points as well as delivering field and market readiness for new products
Monitor and report on the performance of Service Cloud products in the EMEA market and communicate the results of related Go-to-Market activations to key stakeholders
Experience/Skills Required:
4+ years experience in product marketing, solution marketing or equivalent, ideally in B2B software or SaaS
High energy, charismatic, innovative and creative - with the execution skills to make it all count
Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing matrix environment and across multiple regions
Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, a bias for action and a comfort with numbers including an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Self-starter with the ability to navigate a complex organisation to drive projects from idea to execution fast
Ability to navigate cultures and all levels of stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to establish buy-in for Go-to-Market priorities
Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
Strong interpersonal skills – a blend of firmness and conviction with diplomacy and a constructive attitude
Strong communicator and storyteller comfortable with presenting in public
Understanding of the Service buyers as a target market and ability to engage with and influence this audience
Multi-lingual skills are desirable (English and French, Italian or Spanish)
