Powered by SHIELD AI, we identify the root of fraud with the global standard for device identification (SHIELD Device ID) and actionable fraud intelligence, empowering businesses to stay ahead of new and unknown fraud threats.

We are trusted by global unicorns like inDrive, Alibaba, Swiggy, Meesho, TrueMoney, and more. With offices in LA, London, Jakarta, Bengaluru, Beijing, and Singapore, we are rapidly achieving our mission - eliminating unfairness to enable trust for the world.

Responsibilities

As Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing go-to-market strategies, developing product messaging, and driving market positioning for SHIELD’s solutions. Be expected to work closely with internal teams and adopt a “roll up your sleeves” mindset to produce impactful online and offline marketing assets, develop sales tools, and support other marketing tasks as needed.

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive product marketing plan from concept to launch, covering market opportunity identification, defining value propositions, product positioning, content development, and execution of launch activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver Go-To-Market support by creating sales enablement and marketing materials such as sales pitch presentations, product descriptions, battlecards, and customer success stories.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between marketing and the product teams to ensure our product roadmap and new product launches are communicated effectively to the market.
  • Lead customer engagement and generate thought leadership content at trade shows and events.
  • Collaborate with internal and global teams on Market positioning by synchronising core product messaging and creating marketing materials that are localised to the different regions.
  • Keep updated on industry and market through research and analysis; understand the competitive landscape across industries and establish SHIELD’s competitive advantage through differentiated positioning of our product.
  • Be the subject matter expert for website content and ensure all product information is technically up to date and reflective of any changes to our current and new solutions.
  • Write thought leadership content such as case studies, press releases, reports to be published online in the company Blogs, Social posts, and relevant marketing channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 5 years of product marketing experience—B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to create high-quality marketing content with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • A performance-driven mindset with adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for company events and industry engagements.
