About the role

We are seeking a data-driven and visionary Product Marketing Lead to spearhead our product-led growth (PLG) initiatives. Your mission is to drive the acquisition of 80 new clients within your first 6 months by aligning our product’s value proposition with user needs and optimizing the customer journey from awareness to revenue.

This high-impact, cross-functional role involves owning the strategy and execution of marketing programs that promote self-serve adoption, conversion, and customer expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead a product-led growth roadmap to drive user acquisition, activation, and monetization based on customer insights.
  • Launch and promote user acquisition of 1-4 free products in adjacent territories, with upsell opportunities to core services.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new features with a focus on rapid adoption and tangible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce, CRM, and Customer Journey teams to refine onboarding, messaging, and engagement.
  • Lead go-to-market for new features: Create compelling messaging and plans to ensure successful adoption.
  • Implement rapid A/B testing to maximize signups, trials, and upgrades.
  • Monitor and improve PLG metrics such as CAC, TTV, trial conversion, and NPS.
  • Build a plan to acquire 80 new clients within 6 months, including success milestones.
  • Analyze user data to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Report on PLG performance and insights weekly.

To succeed, you should have:

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with at least 2 years focused on PLG.
  • A proven track record of driving growth and successful campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Tableau and Excel.
  • Excellent storytelling and positioning abilities.
  • Experience scaling products from early PMF to growth stage.
  • Background in marketing to SMBs, startups, or digital-native clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Hubspot), PLG stacks, and automation tools.
