Product Managers/Senior Configuration Specialists

Our solutions are based on the award-winning Veoci platform, a Gartner MQ product for Business Continuity Management. The platform offers a comprehensive emergency and crisis suite with forms, workflows, dashboards, and communications, all hosted on a public cloud that remains available even if an organization's internal infrastructure is unavailable.

The Core team at Veoci has built a collaboration engine used by a Fortune 15 company across its global manufacturing and supply chain, extending to divisions like Appliances, Media, and Finance. We understand large corporate workflows and how they adapt to disruptions and change.

Position Overview

We seek smart, talented professionals to enhance our team. You will deliver solutions based on processes, MIS, and GIS-enabled workflows, working with globally recognized organizations that value our product's innovation and depth. As a SaaS product with high renewal rates, customer interaction and project success are core to this role.

Key responsibilities include understanding processes and configuring complex customer SOPs into digital frameworks of forms, workflows, dashboards, integrated with GIS and communication tools. You should be able to quickly ramp up to work directly with customers and lead a team. The role requires self-motivation, effective remote work, and collaboration in face-to-face meetings.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with high scores, MBA, or similar professional degree
  • Certifications in industry-recognized frameworks (preferable but not mandatory)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Understanding of enterprise processes, workflows, MIS
  • Ability to design critical, digitally transformative solutions and suggest efficiency improvements
  • Experience handling sensitive data and high-priority processes
  • Experience in crisis management, BCP, or operational processes (preferred)
  • Strong leadership qualities and team-building experience
  • Proactive and innovative attitude
