Responsibilities

• Drive the design and development of wireless solutions, including proposals, quotations, and technical clarifications.

• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve solution-related challenges.

• Support pre-sales and post-sales teams with strategic input and technical consultation.

• Conduct technical workshops and assist service teams during project rollout.

• Manage project tasks within deadlines and ensure smooth delivery.

• Coach junior engineers to support skill development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer, Telecommunication, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in wireless telecom, with solid knowledge of LTE, NR, and EPC.

• Familiarity with systems like eNodeB, gNodeB, BSC/RNC, and EPC.

• Prior experience with telecom vendors or operators is preferred.

• Background in 5G marketing or FWA is essential.

• Strong grasp of mobile network technologies and hands-on 5G experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication, solution-selling, and presentation skills.

• Self-driven, collaborative, and results-focused.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for stakeholder communication.
