Responsibilities

1. Strategic planning, development, and launch of the Web3 Wallet product while ensuring alignment with Binance's overall business strategy.
2. Build and manage full-funnel campaigns focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention.
3. Familiar with growth-facing features (TGE, airdrops, and campaign tools, etc.).
4. Monitor, analyze, and respond to user feedback and data; utilize this information to drive decisions about future product direction.
5. Stay informed about the latest developments in the blockchain and digital assets industry and understand the competitive landscape of Web3 Wallet applications.
6. Define, track, and improve key product metrics to enhance user experience.
7. Lead and coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching new features.

Requirements

1. Experience in growth products or a deep understanding of the Web3 airdrop ecosystem, with knowledge of user needs.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3. Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in blockchain, fintech, or tech industry.
4. Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 Wallet design, and digital asset market trends.
5. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environment.
