Job Responsibilities :
Product & Supplier Management:
Develop plans to grow product offerings in the high-end market segment.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure better commissions, marketing support, and staff training/fam trips.
Manage all related products on the website and reservation system.
Train sales team on new and existing products.
Collaborate with marketing to promote selected products.
Hotels, DMCs, and Other Suppliers:
Review supplier performance and business volume regularly; make recommendations based on quality and business needs.
Strengthen key supplier relationships to improve service quality, rates, and support.
Working with Product Team:
Work closely with itinerary planners to select suppliers and provide ongoing feedback on service and rates.
Working with Marketing:
Coordinate with marketing for supplier involvement in promotions and campaigns.
Working with Sales:
Gather feedback from the sales team on supplier performance.
Guide the sales team on directing business to preferred suppliers.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Support any ad hoc product and marketing projects.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Background in travel agency, airline, hospitality, or cruise industry.
Strong passion for travel and good travel knowledge.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
