Product Manager (SW)

Our client is in the automation industry, transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Product Manager (SW) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of our cloud-based dashboard for robot fleet management and monitoring.
2. Identify and analyze the pain points of stakeholders, such as cleaning supervisors, admins, and support teams, to ensure the product meets their needs.
3. Design and analyze dashboards to track product success metrics and guide decision-making.
4. Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product requirements for the engineering team.
5. Collaborate with engineering to prioritize features, manage the product roadmap, and plan development milestones.
6. Work closely with engineering, sales, and customer support teams to ensure smooth product development, timely launches, and customer satisfaction.
7. Assist customers with the deployment of robots, ensuring successful installation and provide ongoing support and training.
8. Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.
9. Continuously monitor and report on product performance, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree in design, engineering, business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years in product management, software development, product design, data analytics, or a related field.
3. Experience defining, managing, or launching software and AI-driven features.
4. Familiarity with databases and SQL; ability to understand and work with technical software and AI concepts.
5. Proven experience in creating go-to-market strategies and managing product timelines to align with business objectives.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
9. Experience working within Agile development processes.
10. Capable of creating low-fidelity prototypes to quickly validate ideas and concepts.
11. Experience with AI, software integrated products, and robotics is highly preferred.
12. Experience with robotics or other hardware products is a plus.
13. Certifications like Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.
