Job summary

Monee SG Private Limited is seeking a Product Manager to drive the SPaylater product across Southeast Asia and beyond, guiding it from ideation through rollout to post-launch enhancements.

You will conduct market research, define success metrics, and translate data and user feedback into actionable product changes. Collaboration with business development, risk, operations, design, engineering, data science and CX is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, technology, engineering, or related disciplines with strong academics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; data analysis/design experience preferred.
• Experience in product management with a technical background in marketing, backend, or AI-related systems.
• Self-driven, positive attitude, and a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of SPaylater products across markets, from ideation to post-launch iterations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Define and analyze metrics to measure product success and impact of features.
• Collect data and user feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
• Ensure strong collaboration across teams: business development, risk, operations, design, engineering, data science and CX.

• Drive the end-to-end product development of SPaylater products among different markets, from ideation, design, technical development, testing, and roll-out, to post-launch improvements and iterations.
• Conduct market research and competitor studies to identify opportunities, gaps and areas for improvement.
• Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of the products.
• Collect data and user feedback to measure performance of product features, and to feedback into product development.
• Ensure strong collaboration and communication across teams - business development, risk team, operations, design, engineering, data scientist team and customer experience.

• A degree in computer science, technology, engineering, or related disciplines from a university with good academic credentials
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in data analysis/design would be preferred
• Experience in a product management role with a strong technical background, especially in marketing, backend, or AI-related systems
• Self-driven, positive attitude, and team player striving for team success, comfortable with changes in a fast-paced environment
