Main Objective:

As directed, participates in the development and implementation of product launches & marketing campaigns based on the information gathered from the market, product, and competition. Responsible for training internal and external customers on product. This responsibility includes consideration of restrictions to market access, financing and risk analysis to achieve the strategic sales and marketing goals of the division.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement Product Marketing strategy for designated portfolio across SEA region.
  2. Key liaison between Arthrex Inc Product Management team and SEA region on key product related matters.
  3. Provide technical expertise and facilitate resources for training programs to subsidiary and distributor teams.
  4. Thoroughly demonstrate and explain the product features as well as techniques and services Arthrex offers in order to persuade the customer.
  5. Oversee and prepare monthly reports to Marketing Manager on sales, product launches, market intel and updates on Product Marketing plan in SEA.
  6. Collaborate with Commercial & Sales Manager in helping to identify assigned portfolio product opportunities & campaigns in SEA.
  7. Collaborate, coordinate and align with Product Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Commercial teams to ensure business continuity, new product registrations and product launches in SEA.
  8. Collaborate with Operations & Commercial team for SKU optimization.
  9. Collaborate with SFE Manager to develop and maintain a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for product lifecycle management.
  10. Provide analysis on different target markets including specific details: size, growth, segments, types of treatment, patient types, market trends and opportunities.
  11. Regularly provide collateral material information to sales force and customers about the products.
  12. Identify, build and maintain key customer relationships to develop KOLs as base to support market development activities and align with product strategy.
  13. Participate in the implementation of "Local Workshops" dry laboratories and training in general.
  14. Proactively participate in the various activities of medical education within the company.
  15. Maintain professional conduct strictly attached to the codes of ethics and conduct of the company.
  16. Maintain Arthrex dress code during visits to clients or attending surgeries.
  17. Travel up to 30-40%.

Education and Experience:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical, Nursing, Biology) with minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, or a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in the field of sales, promotion and marketing preferably in the field of surgical and / or medical products.
  2. Preferred Product Management experience in Orthopedic – Sports Medicine.

  1. Ability to navigate in complex market environment of SEA for regulatory requirements & market preference.
  2. Proactive, well-structured and independent working style with high sense of responsibility and reliability.
  3. Excellent team player that collaborates well with other functions.
  4. Analytical skills to evaluate market reports, trade statistics and/or other quantitative information.
  5. Highly customer orientated.
  6. Excellent skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  7. Good English communication skills – verbal and written.
  8. Efficient time management and ability to organize and prioritize.
  9. Ability to accept constructive criticism and handle difficult situations while maintaining professionalism and calm.
  10. Knowledge of analysis of customer needs, quality standards and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
