Job description

Our client, a leading provider of cybersecurity and network performance solutions, is actively seeking a Product Manager (Sales) to drive growth across their B2B cybersecurity product portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong foundation in IT solutions sales and an interest in strategic product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management and expansion of cybersecurity products and technical service offerings.

  • Drive continuous product and service enhancements, operational improvements, and pricing strategies to boost profitability and market share.

  • Analyze market trends and provide strategic inputs for mid- and long-term business planning.

  • Develop business cases for strategic pricing and handle non-standard contract terms.

  • Coordinate with service delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

  • Support the sales team with customized pricing, solutions, and SLAs to close and retain accounts.

  • Evaluate potential partner relationships to expand product capabilities.

  • Conduct market research, including client visits, to define current and future product needs.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in IT-related fields preferred.

  • Non-IT applicants may apply with at least 2–3 years of relevant B2B IT sales experience.

  • Strong sales track record in computer networking or cybersecurity is advantageous.

  • Experience in a distributor environment is a strong plus.

  • Excellent team leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Independent, proactive, and motivated to exceed goals.
