Based in Singapore, the Product Manager, Product Experience will report to the Product Lead, Product Experience. We are looking for a team player who is motivated, detail-oriented, and demonstrates deep user empathy for content discovery and growing users and user engagement on Viki.
Responsibilities:
- Establish priorities and a roadmap for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a high standard of user experience quality.
- Partner key stakeholders across product, business and engineering to identify major problems and prioritize initiatives to deliver business impact.
- Drive vision for user experience by incorporating detailed understanding of user journeys and feedback, relevant competitive analysis, user research and industry trends.
- Develop clear product requirements, detailed user stories, success metrics, and go-to-market plan with key business stakeholders, breaking down large problem spaces into a series of smaller problem hypotheses for rapid execution through a close partnership with the engineering team.
- Balance prioritisation across feature delivery, client operational performance and product quality bug/incident fixes. Partnering with the engineering team in sprint planning and managing development milestones.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science, Business or any relevant specializations.
- Minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience and has demonstrated strong logical and product thinking across product management and software development lifecycles.
- Experience in crafting clear product requirements, working with UX designers to develop wireframes and mock-ups effectively to support business requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills with strong oral and written communication skills to interact and influence both engineering and business stakeholders within your domain.
- Have a strong passion for solving complex problems with a data driven approach, diving deep to uncovering key data insights and delivering successful products through an agile approach that consistently exceeds user expectations.
- Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a diverse working environment.
