We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager with hands-on experience in low-code or no-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian) to join our agile product team delivering impactful digital solutions for the Singapore public sector. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery translating user needs into strategic product roadmaps and working closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams to transform service delivery through rapid digitalization.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Smart Nation and public sector digitalization initiatives.
- Lead the ideation, scoping, and prototyping of digital services using low-code development platforms.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and service blueprinting to identify user pain points, business needs, and service gaps.
- Translate requirements into prioritized backlogs and collaborate with agile teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the bridge between policy, operations, and technology teams to ensure feasibility, compliance, and service excellence.
- Track and analyze product KPIs and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience in digital platforms or application development.
- Proven experience in delivering products via low-code/no-code platforms such as: OutSystems, Appian, Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), ServiceNow, SmartIQ, etc.
- Understanding of low-code architecture, reusable components, rapid prototyping, and governance best practices for secure deployment.
- Ability to guide low-code delivery teams, manage platform constraints, and balance build-vs-buy decisions.
- Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies, product discovery, and iterative delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
