Job description

Our client is a leader in innovative climate solutions. This pivotal role not only focuses on driving operational excellence and aligning regional strategies with global objectives but is fundamentally centered on upholding and advancing our commercial interests.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Regional Leadership: Develop and execute offer management strategies that enhance alignment with global goals and foster a commercially astute approach, leading a dynamic team across APAC.
  2. Offer Portfolio Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of our offerings, including products, services, and digital solutions, ensuring they meet evolving market demands and drive profitability.
  3. Commercial and Strategic Focus: Develop robust pricing strategies and compelling value propositions that resonate within the APAC markets. Your strong commercial mindset will be crucial in steering the portfolio to achieve business growth.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Sales, CoE teams, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a cohesive execution of strategies and maintain alignment with overall corporate objectives.
  5. Customer and Market Insights: Engage continuously with customers and industry experts to gather insights that inform our strategic decisions, keeping ahead of market trends and competitive shifts.
  6. Team Development: Cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, focusing on professional growth and operational excellence.
Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 5 years in offer management or product management, ideally within a B2B industrial environment.
  2. At least 3 years in a leadership role with significant commercial responsibilities, including direct P&L management.
  3. Proven track record of aligning regional strategies with overarching corporate goals.
  4. Strong commercial acumen with a strategic approach to business growth and profitability.
  5. Exceptional collaborative and communication skills, capable of working in a multicultural and matrixed organization.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous.
  7. Fluency in English, with proficiency in other APAC regional languages as a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in the HVAC or industrial sectors.
  2. Familiarity with digital tools and solutions for offer configuration and lifecycle management.
