What You’ll Do:
Product Strategy & Development
- Build a KYC/KYB platform that balances compliance with excellent user experience.
- Assist in roadmap creation aligned with business goals.
- Write and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to align stakeholders and ensure execution.
- Work with designers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the product meets both regulatory requirements and user needs.
- Prioritize product features that offer the greatest value and user impact.
- Refine workflows to optimize user onboarding and conversion, especially across regional markets.
- Track product metrics and user feedback to drive data-informed enhancements.
- Articulate changes and new features to both users and internal teams.
- Provide product documentation and support post-deployment to ensure adoption and usability.
What You’ll Need:
- 3–5 years in Product Management, ideally in Tech, FinTech, Finance, or Blockchain.
- Strong advantage: Local KYC market expertise (e.g., onboarding regulations and procedures in Southeast Asia).
- Comfortable managing the full product lifecycle, preferably in Agile environments.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize objectively.
- Strong logic and risk assessment abilities; can clearly articulate rationale and assumptions.
- Collaborative and self-starting—thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented workplace.
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written) is essential.
- Bi-lingual in a local language is a plus for regional user and compliance coordination.
