Job description

Our client is transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Product Manager (HW) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a continuous product discovery process to identify opportunities within target sectors.
  2. Evaluate site requirements for cleaning robots and uncover areas for product development and enhancement.
  3. Identify and address stakeholder pain points, including those of site cleaners, supervisors, and operations managers, to ensure the product meets their needs.
  4. Convert customer feedback into actionable product requirements for the engineering team.
  5. Partner with engineering to prioritize features and develop the product roadmap.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, customer support) to ensure seamless product development and successful launches.
  7. Work with supply chain and production teams to ensure the smooth rollout of product updates and improvements.
  8. Assist customers in deploying robots at their locations and provide necessary ongoing support and training.
  9. Conduct market analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity.
  10. Track and assess product performance, offering recommendations for enhancements based on findings.
  11. Support customers through successful robot deployment, ensuring they achieve optimal use of the product.

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in design, engineering, business, or a similar field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in product management, design engineering, or a similar role.
  3. Proven experience in defining, managing, and launching new products in a tech company.
  4. Experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies and managing product timelines to meet business objectives.
  5. Prior experience with the operational aspects of rolling out hardware products.
  6. Strong analytical capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
  7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple ongoing projects.
  9. Familiarity with Agile development practices and working in a sprint-based development cycle.
  10. Ability to create simple prototypes to test and validate product ideas.
  11. Background in robotics or hardware product development is highly preferred.
  12. CPM (Certified Product Manager) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification is a plus.
