Responsibilities

About the Team

The Human Moderation product team is responsible for optimizing core human moderation metrics in coordination with the OPS team. We design processes, strategies, and tools to empower the OPS team. Our products include moderation tools, management tools, and training tools to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience.

What you will be doing:

1. Constructing the overseas content security Human Moderation platform, participating in product planning and demand management, and improving overall efficiency and experience of the business;
2. Engaging with the business team to understand scenarios, identify pain points, and develop generalized platform capabilities;
3. Collaborating across teams to unify review rules, provide efficient tools, and promote standard and efficient operations;
4. Conducting data analysis post-launch, tracking optimization effects, and driving product innovation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in ToB tools / SaaS / Platform products, with success in launching new products and features;
• Experience with Workforce Management systems (e.g., Beisen, Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, HRIS) is preferred;
• Knowledge of scheduling, attendance, working hours management, or performance review is a plus;
• Strong business understanding, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• Ability to prioritize under tight timelines with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in relevant fields; engineering or computer science background is a plus;
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt, and respond to daily challenges;
• Resilience and commitment to self-care to handle emotional demands.
