Lobah Play is a fast-growing social gaming platform where users can instantly play swipeable mini-games and engage with friends through real-time voice, gifting, and challenges — the “Spotify of Games.” Backed by innovative AI and an ambitious global roadmap, we are now scaling across Southeast Asia and beyond.

We're seeking a Product Manager (Growth) to own the full lifecycle of growth experiments and features — from discovery to delivery. You will play a critical role in scaling our user base, increasing engagement, and optimizing monetization funnels.

What You'll Do
  • Own and drive the growth product roadmap, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities through data analysis, market research, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Launch and iterate on growth features and experiments, such as referral programs, onboarding flows, gamified challenges, virality loops, and funnel optimizations.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to rapidly test, ship, and refine growth initiatives.
  • Define and track key growth metrics (K-factors, CAC, LTV, activation %, retention cohorts), and report results with actionable insights.
  • Lead A/B tests and multivariate experiments to continuously improve conversion rates and product performance.
  • Localize and adapt features for different markets (e.g., Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines), ensuring cultural relevance and UX alignment.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in consumer tech, gaming, social platforms, or mobile apps.
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4), and interpreting user behavior data.
  • Hands-on experience with growth loops, referral systems, and funnel optimization.
  • Proven track record of shipping features and experiments that drove user growth or engagement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, data-driven environment.
  • Experience working with designers, engineers, and marketers in agile teams.
