About Our Team TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team in 2026. Responsibilities: 1.Participate in the planning and design of TikTok LIVE products, with a focus on interactive features, content ecosystem, and user experience optimization, aiming to enhance the live streaming experience for global users; 2.Stay up to date with global content trends and user behavior differences, and assist the team in analyzing user needs and supporting product strategy; 3.Support the development and refinement of data monitoring systems, and take part in user research, A/B testing, and behavioral data analysis to inform product decisions; 4.Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth product development and high-quality delivery; 5.Collect and analyze post-launch user feedback and product data, participate in product reviews, and contribute to continuous product improvement and iteration.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in any major, with a strong interest in live streaming, content platforms, or internet products; 2.Familiarity with mainstream content platforms; 3.Strong logical thinking and product sensitivity, with a passion for observing user behavior and turning insights into product ideas; 4.Solid communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset; 5.Proficiency in English for working in a global environment. Preferred Qualifications: 1.Experience as a content creator on social or video platforms is a plus; 2.Prior experience in data analysis is preferred.
