GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders across the bank, including Wealth Advisory, Front Office, Business Managers, Compliance, and Operations. The focus is on developing and managing initiatives and service offerings that differentiate BOS's value proposition and support business growth.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the product (e.g., Single Family Office, Variable Capital Company) as the Product Manager.
• Support strategy and roadmaps development in partnership with the Family Office and Wealth Advisory team.
• Maintain and update product documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee end-to-end product management, ensuring initiatives are efficiently implemented in compliance with regulations.
• Represent FFWA as the Subject Matter Expert in workgroups and forums.
• Report on risk trends, product pipelines, and financial metrics to senior management.
• Coordinate product-related support activities such as training, marketing, webpage management, and group collaborations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a Product or Project Manager in private banking, with family office experience preferred.
• Structured, mature, and adaptable to a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of financial services and products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI for data visualization.
