Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full product lifecycle for Harwin connectors, from market introduction to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with regional demands and global strategy.

  • Conduct regional market research to identify product gaps, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

  • Work closely with the engineering and marketing teams to develop and localize product offerings for the Asia market.

  • Collaborate with distribution partners to drive product adoption, forecast demand, and support inventory planning.

  • Serve as the product expert to internal sales teams and customers, including conducting product training, technical briefings, and presentations.

  • Monitor product performance, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to recommend enhancements or new developments.

  • Coordinate with global headquarters on roadmap planning, prioritization, and regional business cases.

  • Support sales campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing content creation to enhance product visibility and value proposition in the region.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of product management experience in product management, technical marketing, or business development, preferably within the electronics or interconnect industry. (preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline preferably Electronics, Electrical, and Mechanical

  • Strong understanding of electronic connectors, PCB design trends, and key vertical markets (e.g., industrial, automotive, aerospace)

  • Strong hold in Microsoft excels and presentation

  • Understanding of market, product management, product development and sales targets

  • Detail oriented, Technical acumen, Strategic Growth Mindset Executing for Results

  • Building Relationships and Using Influence to reach set targets

  • Highly Effective communication skills

  • Networking with CFT for close collaboration to achieve desired targets
