A leading company in the electronics industry is looking for a Product Manager to oversee the lifecycle of their connectors. The role involves market research, collaboration with engineering and marketing teams, and driving product adoption across the Asia market. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full product lifecycle for Harwin connectors, from market introduction to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with regional demands and global strategy.
Conduct regional market research to identify product gaps, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Work closely with the engineering and marketing teams to develop and localize product offerings for the Asia market.
Collaborate with distribution partners to drive product adoption, forecast demand, and support inventory planning.
Serve as the product expert to internal sales teams and customers, including conducting product training, technical briefings, and presentations.
Monitor product performance, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to recommend enhancements or new developments.
Coordinate with global headquarters on roadmap planning, prioritization, and regional business cases.
Support sales campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing content creation to enhance product visibility and value proposition in the region.
What we are looking for:
3+ years of product management experience in product management, technical marketing, or business development, preferably within the electronics or interconnect industry. (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline preferably Electronics, Electrical, and Mechanical
Strong understanding of electronic connectors, PCB design trends, and key vertical markets (e.g., industrial, automotive, aerospace)
Strong hold in Microsoft excels and presentation
Understanding of market, product management, product development and sales targets
Detail oriented, Technical acumen, Strategic Growth Mindset Executing for Results
Building Relationships and Using Influence to reach set targets
Highly Effective communication skills
Networking with CFT for close collaboration to achieve desired targets
