Responsibilities

Team Introduction

As TikTok Shop continues to expand rapidly across global markets, the Global Payment team plays a pivotal role in powering seamless, secure, and innovative transaction experiences across our commerce ecosystem. We are looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Solution Product Manager to join our team and partner closely with TikTok Shop’s regional and global stakeholders. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of end-to-end payment solutions tailored for buyers, sellers, and creators.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to deliver scalable and localized payment products that enable business growth and unlock new opportunities across the platform.

Responsibilities
  1. Act as the end-to-end owner of payment solutions for e-commerce, driving requirements from concept through launch and iteration.
  2. Collaborate with regional TikTok Shop teams to understand business needs, market dynamics, and user expectations.
  3. Design scalable, compliant, and user-friendly payment products that support various payment flows (PayIn, PayOut, refunds, compliance-related).
  4. Work closely with across-domain engineering and regional/local operational teams to land solutions that deliver business impact and meet local requirements.
  5. Drive innovation in payment experiences, optimize for performance (e.g., success rate, conversion, cost), and continuously enhance user trust and satisfaction.
  6. Serve as a thought leader and payment product expert, identifying new opportunities for growth and efficiency in global e-commerce payment infrastructure.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  1. At least 5 years of experience in product management, payment solutions, or e-commerce platforms, preferably in global or regional roles.
  2. Experience with end-to-end product management processes, including idea generation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and launch.
  3. Strong understanding of payment systems (PayIn/PayOut), financial compliance, and user experience optimization.
  4. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and influence cross-functional teams.
  5. Strong analytical and strategic mindset with excellent communication, cross-functional, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Familiarity with the payment landscape and Southeast Asian markets dynamics.
  2. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Tech, or other relevant educational background.
