Job Responsibilities:
1. Product project establishment and deployment: Familiar with the overseas data center industry, responsible for overseas data centers, communication operators and colo (data center operators), based on market research results, formulate long-term vision, short-term goals and roadmaps for products, and clarify the core functions and differentiated advantages of products.
2. Project bidding support: Participate in or lead the preparation of bidding documents, including product introduction, technical solutions, implementation plans, after-sales service commitments, etc., to ensure that the bid meets the bidding requirements and fully demonstrates the product advantages. Able to analyze competitors' bidding strategies and product characteristics, and propose targeted competitive strategies and differentiated advantages.
3. Customers' new demand mining and adaptation: Through customer interviews, market research, user feedback and other channels, continuously collect and analyze customers' new needs, convert customer needs into product function requirements, and design reasonable solutions to ensure that products can continue to meet market needs and user expectations.
4. Product cost and pricing: Able to conduct cost analysis of products, and formulate reasonable product pricing strategies based on cost analysis, market positioning, competitor prices and other factors to ensure that products have certain market competitiveness and profitability.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering, automation, machinery and other related majors, more than 5 years of experience in data center infrastructure product management;
2. Familiar with the market trends of power supply and distribution in Southeast Asian data centers (such as liquid cooling power supply, smart microgrid, green energy integration), identify customer pain points and competitive dynamics (such as Vertiv, Schneider, Eaton, etc.);
3. Familiar with the power supply and distribution system architecture of data centers (medium and low voltage power distribution, UPS, cabinets, monitoring, etc.);
4. Familiar with the certification standards of data centers, Southeast Asian energy efficiency regulations and local power regulations; 5. Excellent solution presentation, English technical document writing and presentation skills, proficient in Chinese and English.

岗位职责:
1. 产品的立项与部署:熟悉海外数据中心行业情况,负责海外数据中心、通信运营商及colo(数据中心运营商)情况,基于市场调研结果,制定产品的长期愿景、短期目标及路线图,明确产品的核心功能和差异化优势。
2. 项目的招投标支撑:参与或主导投标文件的编写工作,包括产品介绍、技术方案、实施方案、售后服务承诺等内容,确保标书符合招标要求且充分展示产品优势。能够对竞争对手的投标策略和产品特性进行分析,提出针对性的竞争策略和差异化优势。
3. 客户的新需求挖掘与适配:通过客户访谈、市场调研、用户反馈等多种渠道,持续收集并分析客户的新需求,将客户需求转化为产品功能需求,并设计合理的解决方案,确保产品能够持续满足市场需求和用户期望。
4. 产品的成本与定价:能够对产品进行成本分析,并基于成本分析、市场定位、竞争对手价格等因素,制定合理的产品定价策略,确保产品具有一定的市场竞争力和盈利能力。
任职要求:
1. 电气工程、自动化、机械等相关专业本科以上学历,5年以上数据中心基础设施产品管理经验;
2. 熟悉东南亚数据中心供配电市场趋势(如液冷供电、智能微电网、绿色能源集成),识别客户痛点及竞品动态(如Vertiv、施耐德、伊顿等);
3. 熟悉数据中心供配电系统架构(中低压配电、UPS、列头柜、监控等);
4. 熟悉数据中心的认证标准,东南亚能效法规及本地电力规范;
5. 优秀的方案呈现、英语技术文档撰写及演讲能力,熟练使用中文和英文。
