A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to lead digital solutions for internal and customer-facing platforms. The role involves collaborating with teams, managing projects, and ensuring product usability, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies. Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Work Location: SP Group HQ – 2 Kallang Sector
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: $5,000 – $6,500/month
Bonus: 1-Month Completion Bonus
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to conceptualize and deliver digital product solutions for internal operations and customer-facing platforms.
Lead project delivery from end-to-end including planning, execution, change management, budgeting, and resource management.
Facilitate agile rituals (daily standups, sprint planning), maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation, and ensure milestones are met.
Translate business needs into product features by understanding user requirements, analyzing data insights, and mapping user journeys.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to develop intuitive, user-centered product experiences.
Monitor and manage the product lifecycle post-deployment, ensuring ongoing usability, performance, and stakeholder engagement.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation by staying updated on market trends, competitive products, and industry practices.
Support product financial tracking and report on revenue, expenses, and resource planning.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, UX Design, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in digital technology, enterprise systems, or consumer-facing applications.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and experienced in using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical understanding of data-driven decision making.
Able to liaise effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for building impactful products.
