We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the development, strategy, and vision for our microbiome data insights and analytics platform. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in defining and executing product roadmaps that align with our company goals, while addressing the needs of our clients in the food and pharmaceutical sectors.
3. Project management:
o Project/Product Planning & Road mapping: Define product/project scope, timelines, and milestones; build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
o Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate with Tech team, Data Science Team, and other teams; manage task prioritization and delivery.
o Progress Tracking & Communication: Monitor progress, identify risks, adjust plans as needed, and provide transparent updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality delivery.
4. Client Engagement:Partner with key clients to understand their business challenges and needs, translating those insights into actionable product requirements and enhancements.
Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding product-related inquiries, feedback, and updates.
5.Roadmap Management:Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term goals while managing stakeholder expectations.
Ensure timely delivery of features and improvements while monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
6. Data Insights and Analytics:Work closely with data science teams to ensure the platform effectively leverages microbiome data for actionable insights.
Advocate for user-centric design principles and validate product concepts through user testing and feedback.
7.Performance Measurement:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Analyze product performance metrics, client feedback, and market data to inform product strategy and prioritize enhancements.
