Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Launch & Validation
   – Manage the full lifecycle of the Phase 1 launch, focusing on event management utility.
   – Design core features based on user insights, including event discussion and UGC modules, with AI-driven enhancement planning.
   – Collaborate closely with engineering and ops teams on roadmap and backlog management.

2. Data-Driven Modular Design
   – Define and track leading metrics such as "24-hour revisit rate after events."
   – Design scalable, modular architecture to prepare for future social, connection, and content services.

3. Market Insights & Best Practices
   – Analyze global social, utility, and content platforms to inform scalable product architecture.

Required Qualifications

1. 3+ years in product management, with 0-to-1 product launch experience.

2. Data-driven mindset; proficient with SQL and A/B testing for iteration.

3. Experience in modular, scalable system design.

4. Exposure to AI/ML product features (recommendation, matching, content generation).

5. Skilled in PRD, wireframing, Agile development, and technical communication.

6. Strong cross-functional communication and time management; bilingual in English and Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in gaming, social, or UGC/content platforms.

Familiarity with Southeast Asian market dynamics.

Background in product cold-start or growth hacking.
