A leading company in e-commerce seeks a Product Manager responsible for managing product lines during large promotional campaigns. The role involves optimizing user interactions and conducting data analysis to improve features and performance. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's degree and prior product management experience, ideally in a digital marketplace.
Job Description:
Responsible for Promotion Campaign Product lines that target and aim to provide good product support for big campaign operations, which includes both Business Development and Marketing teams
Drive campaign order and GMV performance by optimizing user interactions, fine tune algorithms and overall buyer experience during large campaigns
Perform data analysis regarding feature performance and potential business improvement opportunities
Coordinate with business stakeholders and developers to ensure proper product design and fulfill Business requirements.
Prepare and conduct necessary tests and data analysis
Perform benchmarking with competitors and identify the product differences and areas of improvement
Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of products
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Business Analysis, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field with system knowledge
Prior product management experience, especially in e-commerce or algorithm optimization is preferred
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (optional) to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from across the region
Good data analysis skills, preferably with SQL knowledge
Strong in logic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong ownership, with a self-starter mindset, and willingness to learn. Action oriented and focus on getting things done independently
