Product Manager (Banking/ Financial Institution)

Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will drive the Company's product innovation and growth. Your role requires a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate closely with Management and internal stakeholders to identify priorities and business benefits.
2. Oversee the entire customer journey from engagement to onboarding.
3. Identify areas for improvement and analyze the Company's existing products, including efforts to digitize them.
4. Oversee the complete product development process from initial concept through to market launch.
5. Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance existing products and develop new ones, balancing customer value with business benefits.
6. Focus on generating demand and driving product adoption among both current and potential customers, overseeing the process from planning through to execution, including promotional activities.
7. Plan and execute ongoing promotional campaigns, coordinating product launches with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Monitor product performance by tracking customer growth and satisfaction, and report progress to various stakeholders.
9. Continuously refine and improve existing products, spanning from CASA to Card and Loan offerings.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with proven success in launching and positioning digital and non-digital banking products in a B2C environment.
3. Resourceful, self-driven, and proficient in digital technologies, with a track record of working effectively with internal teams across various functions.
4. Capable of working independently in a demanding work environment.
5. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse internal teams.
6. Adaptable to swiftly changing priorities in a challenging setting.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
