Job Description & Requirements

Communicate fluently in Korean and English both verbally and in writing.

  1. Responsible for executing B2B Air Solution category sales and marketing activities (Commercial and Residential Air Conditioners) within Singapore subsidiary.
  2. Lead brand strategy execution and develop initiatives to increase market share and ranking.
  3. Ensure successful new product launches supported by comprehensive 360 plans (PR, media, social media & digital, forecasts, events, CRM, sell-out tracking, and point-of-sale displays).
  4. Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitors, and plan proactive responses.
  5. Ensure accurate product forecasting and timely submissions.

Manage the phasing of Sale Programs and A&P activities.

  1. Support marketing activities for the entire Air Solution product range.
  2. Coordinate with agencies for APMS, monthly marketing planning, and communication.
  3. Lead pipeline management to improve future visibility.
  4. Cultivate passion for the product category internally and externally.
  5. Ensure all ATL & BTL collaterals, POSM, and samples for launches are prepared and delivered effectively.
  6. Implement events and promotions to maximize commercial returns.
  7. Maintain regular communication with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful activities.
  8. Be present at major promotions and events to oversee operations.
  9. Ensure media plans align with launch strategies.
  10. Coordinate with PR and Corporate Marketing to secure coverage for products and launches.
  11. Guide marketing agencies on in-store concepts and activities.
  12. Develop store concepts with Visual Merchandising agencies per brand guidelines.
  13. Plan and execute impactful promotions and event setups.
  14. Ensure timely delivery of POSM for launches.
  15. Execute sales and marketing activities in alignment with HQ directives.
  16. Coordinate with local teams to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
  17. Perform any other duties and reporting as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Over 5 years of experience in B2B Air Conditioner product management or business.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Extensive product knowledge and experience.
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing.
  • Strong business planning, project management, and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and effectively in global and virtual teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
