Job Purpose:

To lead and manage complex, large-scale internal projects and product initiatives, driving strategic change and delivering measurable business outcomes. This role requires a highly experienced individual with a proven track record in both cost optimization and revenue generation, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of product management principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, while also overseeing complex cross-functional projects.


Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

  • Lead and manage multiple complex, large-scale internal projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects within budget.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, data science, and operations, to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through robust reporting and analytics.
  • Identify and implement cost optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
  • Develop and implement revenue-generating programs and initiatives.
  • Navigate ambiguity, build consensus, and align projects with organizational goals.
  • Thrive in "zero-to-one" scenarios and tackle vague problem statements to develop innovative solutions.

Product Management:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development.
  • Develop detailed product specifications and requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and launch new products.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, including ongoing maintenance and improvement.
  • Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and inform future development.
  • Prioritize features and functionalities based on user needs and business value.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to launch and promote new products.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product development decisions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a demonstrable understanding of the entire product lifecycle.
  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in cost optimization and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
  • Experience in the technology or data-driven industry is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
