Job summary

GMP RECRUITMENT SERVICES (S) PTE LTD is actively seeking an AI product professional to define end-to-end AI system requirements and ensure user impact is balanced with model capabilities. The role focuses on translating ML capabilities into concrete product decisions and shaping evaluation frameworks for robust performance.

You will drive trade-offs across quality, latency, cost, reliability and UX while collaborating with engineering and ML teams to deliver safe and trustworthy AI-powered

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in computer science, including algorithms, data structures and system design.
• Solid understanding of ML fundamentals and modern AI systems in production.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered products, including LLM-based systems, model evaluation and prompt or pipeline iteration.

• Experience owning complex technical products end-to-end and working closely with engineering and ML teams.
• Strong understanding of AI limitations, including hallucinations, bias, drift and failure handling.
